We are looking for a Fabric Engineer to join the team of an established facilities maintenance company on a temp to perm basis, covering the Lincoln area.
As a Fabric Engineer, your main duties will be:
- Carpentry: General woodwork, including door and frame repairs
- Plumbing: Basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks
- Painting & Decorating: Carrying out painting and decorating work, including finishing touches to ensure the highest standards
- General Fabric Maintenance: Providing high-quality repairs and maintenance for various building fabric needs
To be successful as a Fabric Engineer, you will need:
- Basic plumbing, painting, carpentry skills
- Previous experience in a similar fabric engineering or building maintenance role
- A full, clean driving license (essential as the role covers a patch in the Newark, Nottingham, and Retford areas)
