A well-established Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis in Durham. This role offers long-term stability, exposure to varied projects, and the opportunity to work closely with commercial and operational teams in a supportive environment.
The Role
- Producing detailed and competitive cost estimates across labour, materials, plant, and overheads
- Reviewing tender documentation and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Obtaining and validating supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Collaborating with operational and commercial teams to ensure accurate pricing
- Supporting tender reviews, negotiations, and project handovers
You
- Proven estimating experience within Facilities Management or the built environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Good understanding of FM services, construction methods, and associated costs
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
