Boden Group is seeking an experienced Estates Performance & Compliance Manager to lead compliance governance, statutory programmes and assurance across an estates environment in Kent.
You’ll strengthen compliance frameworks, coordinate PPM, asset data and contractor activities to ensure alignment with legislative and industry requirements, including FRA, WRA, CDM and COSHH. The six-month contract offers Kent-based work and a focus on risk management and operational compliance.
