Boden Group is exclusively partnering with a national, multi-site property business to appoint a high-calibre Head of Facilities to lead operational performance across a substantial UK portfolio. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven facilities professional ready to take full ownership of compliance, maintenance strategy, asset planning and supplier performance.
About the Role
- You will hold ultimate accountability for ensuring sites are safe, compliant and consistently maintained to a high standard across a complex, customer-facing estate.
Key focus areas:
- Leading Regional Facilities teams across a multi-site UK portfolio
- Acting as the senior Responsible Person for estates and compliance matters
- Owning PPM, reactive maintenance and minor works delivery
- Managing operational Opex and asset repair budgets with clear cost control
- Driving supplier performance, governance and service excellence
- Providing clear operational insight and risk reporting to senior leadership and Board
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience leading facilities or estates across a multi-site portfolio (client side/in‑house is essential)
- Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety and statutory compliance
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contractor performance
- Confident operating at senior leadership level with the ability to influence and challenge
- A hands‑on, high‑accountability leader who raises standards and drives results
