About The Role: I'm recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to support a large, long-term national services contract at a significant point of transformation. This is a key hire. The business needs someone who can bring consistency, structure, and operational efficiency across a complex, multi-site environment and who can operate at both a strategic and operational level. That means looking at the bigger picture while also getting into the detail, mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across a complex national operation
- Map current-state processes and design future-state improvements
- Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements
- Drive consistency across multiple sites and functions
- Support wider transformation initiatives as the contract evolves
- Work closely with operational leadership teams and key stakeholders
- Track delivery of improvement initiatives and ensure benefits are realised
