An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to join a growing Technical Solutions business supporting a nationwide portfolio of FM contracts.
This is a newly created role offering plenty of autonomy, working across multiple client sites to manage asset data, lifecycle planning and contract mobilisation activities.
The Role
You'll be responsible for
- Managing and maintaining asset registers across multiple contracts
- Producing lifecycle plans, condition surveys and performance reports
- Supporting new contract mobilisations
- Managing asset verification and compliance projects
- Working with CAFM/EAM systems, including IBM Maximo
- Building strong relationships with operational teams and clients nationwide
- What We're Looking For
- Mechanical or Electrical qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)
- Experience within Hard FM, Building Services or Technical Asset Management
- Strong understanding of PPM and asset lifecycle management
- Experience with CAFM/EAM systems (IBM Maximo highly desirable)
- Experience supporting mobilisations or technical projects
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
