Job Description

Are you ready to take charge of engineering operations in a dynamic environment? A leading company in the FM industry is hiring a Engineering Supervisor in Greater London. You'll ensure the highest standards in maintenance and operations while working collaboratively across multiple properties.\\n\\nThe Role\\n  \\n As the Engineering Supervisor, you'll:\\n \\nSupervise and coordinate daily maintenance and engineering activities across three residential properties.

\\nEnsure proper operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevators, and building management systems (BMS). \\nImplement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs. \\nConduct regular inspections of building systems and common areas to identify defects and ensure service reliability.

\\nOversee reactive maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring timely resolution.
