A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering operation at the newly refurbished Manchester Town Hall following its £550m restoration. This flagship role will see you take ownership of one of the UK's most iconic Grade I listed buildings as it transitions from construction into live operation. You'll lead the engineering function, oversee all hard services, manage multidisciplinary teams and specialist contractors, and ensure the building operates safely, efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the soft landing and technical handover into live operation.
- Manage all Hard FM services, including HV/LV, HVAC, BMS and fire.
