Boden is on a strong growth journey as a specialist Facilities Management recruitment agency, and we are scaling our delivery function to keep pace with demand.
As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for high-quality, high-volume candidate delivery, working closely with Account Managers to fill roles quickly and consistently across your region and sector. This is a genuinely fast-paced role where activity drives success. You will be expected to make around 40 candidate calls per week and complete a minimum of five candidate registrations each week, using momentum, structure, and confidence on the phone to build strong, responsive pipelines.
What you will be doing
- You will source and engage Facilities Management professionals for active vacancies using job boards, LinkedIn, internal systems, and referrals, while continually building and maintaining well-organised geographical talent pools.
- You will run structured candidate registration meetings, assess skills and motivations, and create clear, compelling candidate profiles that clients want to interview.
- You will take ownership of CV formatting and presentation, ensuring every submission is professional, accurate, and commercially strong.
- You will promote roles confidently to candidates, clearly communicating value, progression, and opportunity, while also capturing market intelligence and client insights during your conversations to support wider business growth.
What success looks like
Success in this role is visible and measurable. It shows in consistent call activity, registrations completed, CVs sent, and interviews booked, and more importantly in strong, live pipelines that convert into placements. You will be trusted to deliver at pace while maintaining quality and credibility with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Earning potential
You will receive 70 percent of any fee you personally deliver, giving you direct ownership of your earnings. With consistent activity and strong delivery, this role offers a very realistic £50,000 OTE, with no cap on what you can achieve as Boden continues to grow.
