An Assistant SPC Manager is required in Dartford, Kent, to support the operational, commercial and contractual management of PFI Special Purpose Companies. Working alongside the SPC Manager, you'll help ensure projects meet contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong operational and commercial performance. The Role As the Assistant SPC Manager, you'll: Support the day-to-day management and governance of PFI Special Purpose Companies. Administer Project Agreements, FMAs and other operational contracts. Monitor operating companies and service providers against contractual performance requirements. Manage variations, performance deductions, compliance reviews and associated remedial actions. Support budgets, statutory reporting, audits and operational performance reporting. Build effective relationships with clients, service providers, investors, lenders and other stakeholders. About You To be successful as the Assistant SPC Manager, you'll have: Operational-phase PFI project experience. A relevant degree or significant project or operational management experience. Strong contract, operational and performance management skills. Knowledge and experience of health and safety legislation and regulations. Experience working with client organisations and their representatives. A full UK driving licence and the ability to successfully complete a DBS check. Project finance, investor, lender, healthcare or education experience would be advantageous. What's in it for You? £60,000 annual salary. Up to 20% annual performance-related bonus. Permanent position based in Dartford. Monday-to-Friday, office-based working pattern.
