The Role

  • Conduct visual inspections of mechanical and electrical building services assets.
  • Assess the condition of M&E systems and accurately record findings.

You

  • Previous experience within a mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC engineering environment.
  • Experience within a Hard Services or Building Services discipline.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to capture and upload technical data accurately.
  • A good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspections.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and engineering best practice.
