Are you an experienced Plumber looking for a long-term contract on a static commercial site? We're recruiting for a Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a 6-month contract based at a static commercial site in Coventry.
Offering £20-£22 per hour, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established on-site maintenance team carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance. With no travel between sites, a Monday to Friday working pattern, and the potential for the contract to be extended, this role offers excellent stability and work-life balance.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs across a commercial site.
- Diagnose faults and complete plumbing repairs, maintenance, and minor installations.
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure plumbing systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
- Work closely with the on-site Facilities Management team to deliver a high standard of service.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
You
- To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Experience working within commercial building maintenance or Facilities Management.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering both planned and reactive maintenance.
- A professional approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
