This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will lead the hard services of the contract. A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Contract Supervisor to join their growing team, covering a commercial office site in York. The Role As the Contract Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: * Responsible for overseeing 4 engineers, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, and building services works. * This role is 25% off the tools, you will be managing logbooks, issuing permits and RAMS and overseeing sub-contractors. * Working Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week. What you’ll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Contract Supervisor, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: * Knowledge of Facilities Management * Experience in Supervising a team. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
