Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering meaningful business improvement initiatives? We’re recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join a major account in a home-based role with occasional UK travel.

The Role

  • Lead and deliver CI projects that improve operational performance and customer experience.
  • Provide monthly updates on improvement initiatives, highlighting risks and priorities.
  • Ensure projects are supported with clear plans, milestones, and governance documentation.
  • Work closely with operational teams, BI, Systems/IT, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.
  • Support the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks across the account.

You

  • To be successful in the role of Continuous Improvement Manager you’ll bring:
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or BPM methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to analyse complex processes and turn them into practical improvements.
  • A delivery-focused mindset with strong accountability.

Desirable:

  • Lean / Six Sigma / BPM qualifications
  • PRINCE2 or Agile certification
  • Degree-level education
