Boden Group are partnering with a leading real estate business to hire an experienced Commercial Property Manager. This role offers full ownership of a diverse manageable portfolio and the chance to influence operational performance, tenant experience, and asset value in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

  • Manage a mixed commercial portfolio, ensuring assets are well-presented and compliant.
  • Act as the main contact for tenants and landlords, handling lease matters, applications, and day-to-day queries.
  • Support leasing activity and collaborate closely with Asset Management, Finance, and Facilities teams.
  • Lead service charge budgeting, supplier reviews, reconciliations, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Oversee compliance, insurance, H&S, and ESG data collection.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider team performance.
