Boden Group are partnering with a leading real estate business to hire an experienced Commercial Property Manager. This role offers full ownership of a diverse manageable portfolio and the chance to influence operational performance, tenant experience, and asset value in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
- Manage a mixed commercial portfolio, ensuring assets are well-presented and compliant.
- Act as the main contact for tenants and landlords, handling lease matters, applications, and day-to-day queries.
- Support leasing activity and collaborate closely with Asset Management, Finance, and Facilities teams.
- Lead service charge budgeting, supplier reviews, reconciliations, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee compliance, insurance, H&S, and ESG data collection.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider team performance.
