A leading company in the FM industry is hiring a Commercial Manager in Europe to oversee projects across the Midlands region. Your expertise will be pivotal in advising senior management on commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring accuracy in contract management, and enhancing project profitability.

The Role

Manage the commercial team and practices, advising on risks and opportunities from tender to completion.
Provide leadership and maximize the potential of the commercial team.
Ensure the accuracy of project risk schedules and implement measures to protect profitability.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers and key suppliers, negotiating contract terms.
Monitor and manage the ongoing commercial performance of projects and team members. You

Significant experience in the commercial performance of MEP/construction projects.
Familiarity with NEC contracts and team management experience.
Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a relevant field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
