Hiring: SPC Manager | PFI Projects | Up to £75,000+ package
We’re partnered with a leading Facilities Management provider who are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee a portfolio of PFI projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in the operational, financial, and contractual management of high-profile projects – ensuring best practice, compliance, and maximised shareholder return.
The role:
- Provide full commercial management services across a portfolio of PFI projects
- Act as the key stakeholder representative on all contractual, strategic, and compliance matters
- Monitor and drive performance of service providers, minimising deductions and ensuring quality delivery
- Lead on variations, risk management, insurance, and lifecycle planning
- Support budget delivery, income generation, and shareholder value
- Prepare Board reports and liaise with senior stakeholders, lenders, and investors
About you:
- Degree-qualified in Construction/FM (or extensive senior-level experience)
- Strong understanding of PFI projects in operational phase
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations (IOSH Managing Safely or higher)
- Experience engaging with senior client reps, lenders, and investors
- Solid grasp of project finance, contracts, and risk management
- Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
