We are currently expanding our Catering Division and are looking for a Commercial Catering Engineer covering multiple sites across the Southwest, Southeast and Midlands.

Main Duties you will be performing:

* Undertake reactive repairs on commercial catering and ware-washing equipment.

* Undertake tasks in accordance with structured program of planned preventative maintenance in accordance with (as an example SFG20) to ensure enhance equipment reliability and longevity.

* Undertake and assist the installation and commissioning of plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

* Regularly calibrate and test equipment to ensure it meets operational and safety standards.

* Perform detailed asset tagging to identify new equipment.

* Support with the identification of inefficient or end of Life equipment.

* Maintain detailed records of all maintenance & repair activities.

* Conduct point of work risk assessments to ensure safety protocols are followed.

* Be an active part of the “On Call” system to provide support and maintenance services outside of regular working hours.

The qualifications you need:

* NVQ level 2 or above in an electrical discipline

* 18th edition BS 7671

* Commercial gas qualifications (COMCAT 1, 3 & 5)

* A full valid UK driving license

* the ability to gain and retain Security clearance and DBS.
