Boden Group is seeking an Estates Compliance Manager for a six-month contract in London, responsible for water hygiene and legionella control across a large acute hospital. You will support wider estates compliance, including asbestos management, statutory documentation and remedial action tracking, to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
You will coordinate surveys, maintain records, review policies, and ensure compliance with HTMs, HBNs and CQC standards.
