The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is a field-based role covering the Chester area.
You will act as a key point of contact between customers, site teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and customers
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
