We\’re Hiring: Category Manager – Soft FM

London | Full-Time

Are you a strategic procurement leader ready to take ownership of Soft FM categories across a complex, high-impact environment?

We’re looking for a Category Manager with Soft FM expertise to lead supplier performance, contract compliance, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio that could include cleaning, catering, waste, security, and support services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead supplier performance management through robust scorecards and governance
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and drive value
  • Own contract management and SRM responsibilities post-award
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the Soft FM supply chain
  • Deliver supplier rationalisation and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Benchmark market performance to ensure competitiveness and best value
  • Provide subject matter expertise and day-to-day procurement leadership

✅ You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in contract/supplier management, ideally in FM/services
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to develop and implement category strategies with measurable benefits
  • Degree-qualified, with excellent project/program management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confident and credible, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
