Are you an experienced M&E Engineer looking for a stable static site position within a professional environment? A leading organisation is seeking a skilled and reliable M&E Engineer to support planned and reactive maintenance across their Cambridge site.
As an M&E Engineer, you will:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Complete routine servicing, inspections, fault finding, and repairs to building services equipment.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across M&E systems within the site.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with health & safety procedures and compliance standards.
- Complete maintenance records, reports, and job sheets accurately.
- Support site operations by ensuring all critical systems remain operational.
- Work closely with contractors and site teams when required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working as an M&E technician, Building Services Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical discipline (essential).
- Good understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
