Are you an experienced Customer Service Agent who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment? We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a student accommodation team in Central Cambridge. You’ll be the first point of contact for students, visitors and contractors, providing a welcoming front of house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site. The Role   As the Customer Service Agent, you will: Provide a professional and welcoming front of house service. Respond to student enquiries in person, by phone and via email. Manage bookings, appointments and meeting room reservations. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where required. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems. Support reception and general administrative duties. About You   To be successful as the Customer Service Agent, you’ll have: Previous customer service, reception or administration experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, professional and approachable manner. Good organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Experience within student accommodation, hospitality or property services would be advantageous.
