The Role

  • Deliver pre and post-contract cost consultancy services across multiple projects.
  • Manage projects from RIBA Stage 1 through to post-completion, ensuring delivery meets client expectations.
  • Undertake measurements and cost planning activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Support commercial management and contribute to process improvements and best practice initiatives.
  • Attend and lead project meetings to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Carry out site visits across the Midlands as required.
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
