We are looking for an experienced Performance Manager to join the team of an established organisation on a temporary basis until May 2027.

Location: WFH with travel to sites as required.

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and improving operational performance across the contract, providing accurate and insightful reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of the Performance Manager:

  • Develop and produce regular operational performance reports across the contract.
  • Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce accurate, timely and insightful reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead performance review processes, ensuring key performance information is clearly understood and acted upon.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to review, analyse and discuss performance data.
  • Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of actions to drive better operational performance.
  • Provide clear analysis and insight to support effective decision-making.

About the Performance Manager:

  • We are looking for someone with strong analytical and reporting skills who can confidently interpret performance data and communicate findings to a range of stakeholders.
  • You will be comfortable working with senior leaders, identifying trends and issues, and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ideally you will have experience working with CAFM systems, Power BI etc.
  • Experience within FM or maintenance based roles.
