We are seeking an experienced and proactive Building Manager to oversee the smooth running of a commercial site in Birmingham. The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring the building is safe, well-maintained and compliant, while delivering an excellent level of service to all tenants.
As a Building Manager, your main duties will be:
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure standards are maintained
- Carry out routine health & safety checks and accurately record findings in the system/logbook
- Report and escalate any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all tenants
- Ensure all complaints are handled efficiently and resolved in a timely manner
To be successful as a Building Manager, you will have:
- Previous experience in building management or a similar facilities role
