Job Description

A leading name in asset management, is actively seeking an Asset Manager. Based In North west london, with required travel to company offices and various project sites, this role is crucial to supporting the General Manager in delivering comprehensive management services and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across their projects.\\n   \\n The Role   \\n As an Asset Manager, you’ll:\\n \\nDevelop a detailed understanding of Project Agreements and service provider contracts, leading Service Review meetings as required. \\nMonitor and manage subcontractor performance, assessing output specifications, coordinating risk-based monitoring, and addressing non-compliances.

\\nProvide technical leadership by monitoring subcontractor compliance with national standards, HTMs, best practice, and legislation, ensuring Health and Safety at Work (HSAW) legislation is fully observed. \\nAct as an Asset Management lead, undertaking due diligence on replacement proposals and variation inquiries from subcontractors and authorities. \\nPrepare comprehensive technical reports for inclusion in General Manager’s reports to authorities, trusts, lenders, and the board, and represent the Project Company at technical meetings.

\\nSupport the General Manager(s) in reviewing subcontractor lifecycle reports and interfacing with the Vercity Strategic Asset Management team.   \\n Your Skills   \\n To be successful in the role of Asset Manager, you’ll bring:\\n \\nIn-depth knowledge of FM service delivery gained in a practical setting, alongside strong knowledge of FM statutory and regulatory compliance. \\nExperience working in a performance-based environment and with detailed contractual, statutory, and guidance documents.

\\nKnowledge of risk management principles and practices, with a proven record of service delivery. \\nA high degree of interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability in complex environments, and an engaging management style. \\nExcellent written and presentational skills, including business report writing, and an understanding of financial management.
