Are you an organised and proactive Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking an Administrator in the North West to support a seven-person operations team delivering maintenance and facilities services across multiple sites.

This is a 100% office-based role, with occasional regional travel required.

The Role As the Administrator, you ll:

  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day administrative enquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain action logs.
  • Support the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance works.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to schedule works and permit bookings.
  • Raise and process purchase orders and support work order administration.
  • Prepare project packs, reports and operational documentation.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Update records within Maximo or similar maintenance management systems.
  • Support security vetting and wider operational administration as required.

You To be successful, you ll bring:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy operational environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with maintenance or asset management systems would be advantageous.
  • Maximo experience would be desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional regional travel.
  • Ability to obtain BPSS Security Clearance.
