Your new role * Working on a static site based in High Holborn. * Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs * Monday – Friday (40 hours per week). * 23 days holiday plus bank holidays What you'll need to succeed * Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment * Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, NVQ Level 2 in AC and Refrigeration. * Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness.
