About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our small, fast‑growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of design projects, with a strong focus on branding and specialising in technology startups. From developing visual identities and brand guidelines to producing marketing assets and social content, your work will help shape how our brand and our clients’ brands are seen and experienced.
You’ll be involved in everything from concept to execution, working closely with a team of content creators, marketers, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their design skills in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to branding and visual identity projects, including logos, brand guidelines, and asset creation
- Design engaging visuals for social media, digital ads, websites, email campaigns, and print materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Support web design needs such as banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms and deliverables
- Help maintain and organise the digital asset library and design systems
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio that includes branding work and a variety of graphic design projects (student, freelance, or personal work welcome)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and design principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Eagerness to collaborate, take feedback, and grow as a designer
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
