Salary: Up to £62,000

One of its key strategic partners in this mission is Dragonpass, with whom BODDY is building the wellness vertical of the future.
We’re now hiring a Product Partnership Manager — a hybrid role that combines product integration, partnerships, and commercial ownership across a network of airlines, banks, and travel clients throughout Europe.
Key Requirements
- Strategic Partnership Management
- You’ll act as BODDY’s embedded representative within Dragonpass — aligning objectives, priorities, and outcomes across both organisations to maximise partnership success.
- Product & Platform Ownership
- A strong grasp of digital product ecosystems, ideally within travel, wellness, or loyalty sectors. You’ll ensure BODDY’s wellness offering is effectively integrated and adopted across DragonPass’ global platform.
- Commercial Acumen
- Proven experience driving revenue growth through partner relationships. You’ll identify and shape new opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline and overall commercial performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ability to work seamlessly with technical, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive product launches and partner enablement.
- Technical Understanding
- Confident discussing APIs, integration roadmaps, and digital delivery timelines — ensuring both sides stay aligned from concept through to execution.
- Insight & Performance Tracking
- Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and user feedback to monitor success and drive continuous improvement.
- Autonomous & Professional Presence
- A self-starter capable of operating independently within a partner environment, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
