Boddington Estates is a progressive 1500 acre privately owned mixed farming enterprise based near Cheltenham in Gloucestershire.
Due to personal circumstances, a rare opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, conscientious individual to become an important member of our small team. Key responsibilities will be operating a Valtra Q305 to carry out cultivations, drilling, and associated arable operations, taking full responsibility for all spraying and liquid fertiliser applications operating a 36m Fendt Rogator.
The applicant must be willing to carry out hedge cutting, general farm work and assist with the other enterprises including cattle work asrequired.
Reporting directly to the Estate Manager the attributes sought include enthusiasm, attention to detail, pride in your work, self-motivation and a dedicated team player. The applicant must have a full driving licence, be over 21 years of age with PA1+2, forklift certificates, good workshop skills and be competent in all arable operations and the use of GPS technology.
An excellent remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, along with a farm cottage.
