Our managers work alongside crew employees to be more effective, resolve guest complaints, maintain product quality, and fix problems as they arise. This role includes:
- Operating the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
- Assisting in achieving sales growth through maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a focus on profitability.
- Interviewing and hiring qualified staff based on company standards and compliance with regulations.
- Scheduling sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs.
- Training and developing crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
- Maintaining a cooperative working relationship with the management team and crew.
- Conducting crew and management meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
- Controlling inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards.
- Maintaining reports and records in compliance with regulations.
- Ensuring adherence to cash procedures and maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Recognising and adhering to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have 2 years of management experience.
- Available to work all shifts and weekends.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cheerful and positive attitude.
