Our managers work alongside crew employees to be more effective, resolve guest complaints, maintain product quality, and fix problems as they arise. This role includes:

  • Operating the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
  • Assisting in achieving sales growth through maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a focus on profitability.
  • Interviewing and hiring qualified staff based on company standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Scheduling sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs.
  • Training and developing crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
  • Maintaining a cooperative working relationship with the management team and crew.
  • Conducting crew and management meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
  • Controlling inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards.
  • Maintaining reports and records in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensuring adherence to cash procedures and maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Recognising and adhering to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have 2 years of management experience.
  • Available to work all shifts and weekends.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Cheerful and positive attitude.
