  • (Desirable) You've worked in hospitality, vacation rental, property management, real estate or a similar merchant-of-record / trust-accounting model.
  • You've held a senior finance leadership role in a multi-entity, multi-currency group.

What the job involves

  • Finance leadership for a fast-growing, global luxury vacation rental operator. Initial 9-month FTC from August 2026, with potential to extend.
  • Run the group's multi-jurisdiction finance function, lead the team across the UK, Curaçao, Aruba, Jamaica and offshore support in the Philippines.
  • Own group reporting and the monthly Board pack, each entity plus Group P&L, KPIs, cashflow and forecasts, turning the numbers into clear commercial insight, not just variance commentary, and keeping robust, well-documented books across every entity.
  • Lead tax and compliance across four regimes, UK, Aruba, Curaçao, Jamaica, and DR - and manage external accountants, tax advisers and legal counsel, plus corporate compliance, insurance placements and intercompany documentation.
  • Partner the directors on commercial decisions, pricing, owner economics, channel mix and new market entry. Manage group banking relationships and payment runs, and act as the senior finance voice with the Board on structuring and growth.
  • Lead finance projects - build out finance and operations in Jamaica and the DR, support further new-market entries and potential acquisitions, and keep building a modern, AI enabled finance function (key programs include Hostaway, Supabase, DEXT, QBO).
