We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team at Bocconcino Restaurant Group in the heart of the city (Mayfair/Soho/Strand). This pivotal role will drive our marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage our customers through innovative campaigns that align with our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences, manage outsourced marketing agencies.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy across Bocconcino Mayfair, Bocconcino Soho, and Osteria by Bocconcino.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimised and aligned with commercial objectives.
- Manage a small in-house marketing team, setting clear priorities, goals, and accountability.
- Plan and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns for seasonal events, brunches, buffets, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
- Oversee restaurant launches, media dinners, and VIP events in collaboration with PR agencies and partners.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google and Meta to maximise conversions.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships with aligned brands and festivals.
- Manage all digital marketing activity, including SEO, PPC, email and website content.
- Deliver targeted and effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Manage and optimise Bocconcino’s presence on third‑party platforms (e.g., booking sites, directories, event listings).
- Maintain relationships with PR partners to secure coverage, reviews, and award recognition.
- Track and report on key KPIs, campaign ROI, and commercial impact of marketing activity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns, materials, and guest communications.
- Work closely with directors, chefs, and operations teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, within premium/luxury restaurant environment.
- Marketing degree.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities with experience in market analysis and campaign performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
