HR Administrator, Maternity cover for 12 months
Join Our Team in Deeside
We’re looking for a confident, organised, and people‑focused HR Administrator who’s ready to make a real impact. If you love keeping things running smoothly, supporting colleagues, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about what it does, you’ll feel right at home with us.
You’ll work closely with our Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, Payroll, wider HR Team and managers across the UK — becoming a key part of how we deliver brilliant HR support every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering day‑to‑day HR admin support that keeps our people processes running like clockwork.
- Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for employees and managers across the UK.
- Working with HR, Payroll, and leaders to keep everything aligned, efficient, and people‑focused.
You’ll also:
- Keep our HR documentation accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Give clear, helpful guidance on policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and contract preparation.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data is accurate and confidential.
- Assist with employee relations by preparing paperwork and helping managers follow the right steps.
- Support performance reviews and training coordination.
- Build strong, positive relationships across the business.
- Help ensure we meet employment law and company policy requirements.
- Suggest improvements to how we work — we love fresh ideas.
- Work closely with managers and colleagues to support HR activities.
- Take on other reasonable tasks that help the HR team thrive.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll bring a strong foundation in HR — whether that’s through CIPD Level 3, working towards it, or hands‑on experience that shows you understand HR operations. You’re organised, detail‑driven, productive and the kind of person who enjoys being part of a busy team with multiple priorities, providing reliable and support across all HR administration.
You communicate clearly, build great relationships, and feel comfortable juggling different tasks with confidence. A good understanding of employment law and everyday HR processes will help you hit the ground running, and your ability to prioritise will keep things flowing smoothly.
If you’ve had experience with employee relations, disciplinaries, multi‑site working, or payroll, that’s a brilliant bonus — but it’s not essential. What matters most is your positive attitude, your willingness to learn, and your drive to make HR support feel seamless for everyone you work with.
Where You’ll Work
This role is based at Deeside, working closely with the Senior HR Advisor and wider HR team to support both day‑to‑day operations and longer‑term HR projects.
