We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation, working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver high-quality, timely, and customer-focused HR support that is vital to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver day-to-day HR administrative support and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
- Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data with the utmost confidentiality.
- Provide timely and professional advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee relations casework, performance appraisals and training coordination.
- Collaborate with managers and the wider HR team to ensure best practice and compliance across HR operations.
- Contribute to continual improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
What we are looking for:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards, or equivalent HR knowledge and experience
- Strong administrative skills and HR operations experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Sound understanding of employment law and HR best practice
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting employee relations processes
