We are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team. You will advise and assist management on statutory and company health & safety requirements, conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments (including COSHH), investigate incidents, prepare reports and safety statistics, lead safety training, and promote a strong safety culture.

What you\’ll do

• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments (including COSHH).
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports and safety statistics.
• Lead health & safety training for managers and employees.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement ethos.

What we’re looking for

• ✅ Experience in a Health & Safety role
• ✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ✅ Strong knowledge of ISO45001/ISO14001 standards
• IEMA Membership
• Internal Auditor experience (OHSAS 18001)
• Familiarity with Safe Contractor and/or UVDB Verify standards
