Ready to shape the future of nuclear projects in the UK? Boccard UK is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive, analytical Project Control Lead to join our Bristol office. You'll play a pivotal role in planning, controlling, and steering complex, high‑impact engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining the baseline programme
- Tracking progress, managing updates, and analysing variances
- Assessing the critical path and recommending mitigation strategies
- Monitoring costs, cash flow, KPIs, and performance against the baseline
- Preparing accurate forecasts, dashboards and performance reports
- Supporting risk management activities with the project team
- Managing project documentation and maintaining key registers
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to align expectations
- Ensuring compliance with nuclear safety and HSEQ standards
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

Essential
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent Excel ability (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data interpretation)
- Experience in project controls (planning, cost, risk, reporting or similar)
- Experience working within multi‑disciplinary engineering or construction teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Commitment to safety and quality, with attention to detail
Desirable (but training provided if needed!)
- Experience using Primavera P6 (or willingness to learn — full support provided)
- APM or ACostE qualification
- Ability to speak French
