We are looking for experienced NDT Quality Control Welding Inspectors to work at Hinkley Point C (HPC). The successful applicant will join an experienced team of quality engineers and QC inspectors, working closely with technical and production departments in the manufacture and installation of nuclear fabrications.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £33.31, and with overtime (higher rate) opportunities, your earnings can increase significantly.
- Conduct inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and report quality issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear industry regulations and internal QA/QC procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns.
Requirements:
- CSWIP 3.1 certification with experience as a welding inspector.
- Certification in PCN Level 2 PT and RI.
- Advanced knowledge of modern welding procedures.
