Quality Control Specialist, based at Broughton, N Wales To support our continued growth, Boccard are looking for an experienced QC Specialist to work at our fully digital manufacturing plant in Broughton. The QC Specialist is responsible, where appropriate, for carrying out analysis on production data , use root cause analysis and fault finding techniques to help continuous improvement of Boccards processes. You will be proficient in the suite of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel in order to create lifetime records (LTRs) to support the manufacture of fabrications and pipework for the UKs Nuclear New Build (NNB) sites. Successful candidates will be required to develop, foster and promote a quality culture with the client of operational satisfaction. Key responsibilities Documentation and Reporting: Feed data gathered during audits, manufacturing output, NCRs and quality observations into weekly and monthly quality meetings. Final review of all fabrication and assembly documentation before submission to the client. Issue of any Quality documents required by client to Document Control for approval/review.
