As we continue our journey of growth and expansion to serve the new era of nuclear energy , Boccard, as a leading specialist in engineering, manufacturing, construction and maintenance in the nuclear energy industry, are looking for an e xperienced QC Manager to lead our Quality Team here at Boccard in Broughton . The QC Manager will report to the Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for managing and delivering Quality Control inspection and documentation of manufactured goods, ensuring processes are improved and are involved in decision making on quality topics in manufacturing. They have overall responsibility for the Manufacturing Quality Control Team, ensuring compliance with requirements with focus on improvements & safety. They ensure the team is trained and SQEP are in-place for each role. They lead the manufacturing team in delivering LTQRs within the set time frame ensuring Right First-Time. They work closely with the Project team to establish any support on technical, quality, safety, improvement topics.
