Di Lupo is the parent company of Bocca di Lupo, arguably one of the best Italian restaurants in London, and Gelupo, undeniably the best gelateria in London. We're based in the heart of Soho with a small but mighty Head Office team, and we're looking to add a new Accounts Admin Assistant to help keep our numbers, records and office in perfect shape.
You will be helping out with more than just the figures. This role will be a mixture of accounts and administration, so would suit someone bright, dynamic and quick to learn. You'll be reporting to the Accounts Manager and will help to ensure everything is accurate, timely and in order.
Your duties will include:
- Managing the accounts inbox, including sorting, filing, flagging, and forwarding emails as needed
- Reviewing and reconciling daily sales
- Matching invoices to statements
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Supporting with payroll processing
- Onboarding new starters
- Payroll enquiries
You’ll also support the Bocca di Lupo, Di Lupo and Gelupo teams with reporting, general administration and IT support. We're looking for someone who is confident with numbers, has a logical approach to problem solving, and a good eye for detail. You'll need to be comfortable using Excel, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with Sage, SevenRooms, Shopify or Harri is a plus, but not essential - strong IT skills, a proactive mindset and a willingness to figure things out are more important. This role would suit someone organised, thorough and who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a variety of tasks with ease.
You’ll get:
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
- Company events
- Company pension
- Discounted or free food
- Employee discount
- Health & wellbeing programme
- Sabbatical
- Training allowance
- 28 days' annual leave, with an extra day added for each year you're with us
- Free coffee
- Scoop of gelato when working
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
