Bocca di Lupo is a much-loved, multi-award-winning restaurant in the heart of Soho, celebrated for regional Italian cooking that champions the obscure, the delicious, and the fiercely authentic. We showcase the best of Italy's twenty regions – with a menu that changes daily, and a kitchen that makes almost everything in-house: from breads, pastas and sausages, to pickles, salumi, and mostarda. We are now looking for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join our management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with exceptional ingredients, alongside a team that values skill, creativity and genuine hospitality.
What we offer:
- Market-leading earning potential: £21.21–£22.93 depending on experience – which translates to £52,940–£57,233 a year based on a 48-hour week.

Who we're looking for:
- Friendly, hardworking and reliable, you know your craft and take pride in your work.
- A love for Italian food - experience in Italian cooking is a big plus, but not absolutely essential.
- Organised and self-motivated - good at juggling tasks and keeping a cool head.
- Someone who can manage, motivate and bring out the best in their team.
- Confident using Excel.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
