Bocca di Lupo is a multi-award winning regional Italian restaurant located in the heart of Soho. We specialise in the obscure and the delicious highlights of food from all across Italy's twenty regions. If we can make something ourselves, we do – breads, sausages, salumi, pickles, mostarda, and pasta of course. We are extremely proud of the food we serve, and the way we produce it. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
What we can offer you:
- Market leading earning potential - Junior CPD starting on £16.91 p/h and earning potential up to £19.49 p/h for a Senior Chef de Partie DOE - on a 48 hour week, this comes to between £42,207.36 & £48,647 per annum inclusive of service charge. Pay is hourly rather than salaried, so any extra hours worked are paid time.
- Good working hours - full time with us is 6 shifts per week, split between one double, 4 singles & 2 days off (48 hours per week).

The ideal candidate will:
- Be friendly, hardworking & reliable.
- Be passionate about Italian food - prior professional experience cooking Italian food is highly desirable, though not absolutely necessary.
- Be organised, efficient and self‑motivating.
- Be computer literate and proficient with excel.
