Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to manage stock movements, deliveries, and goods receipts, ensuring smooth and accurate inventory flow.
  • Facilitate weekly cycle counts and support annual stock audits to promote transparency and accuracy in inventory records.
  • Work with colleagues to monitor and adjust safety stock levels, helping to minimise downtime and maintain consistent production.
  • Carry out quality checks on incoming and stored items, contributing to a safe and high‑performing work environment.
  • Support the procurement process by managing purchase orders and coordinating site needs, including personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including tracking compliance activities and coordinating service contracts, to help ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in stores and inventory management within industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, especially in plant maintenance and materials management.
  • High‑level IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
