Our apprenticeship scheme is designed to put you at the centre of the action. You’ll learn, earn, and take the exciting first steps in your career to fulfil your ambitions with us here at Linde. We are looking for apprentices to join us across our enabling teams within our business: This particular role will position will support Marketing.
Responsibilities
- A Marketing Executive will help shape, support and deliver marketing and automation plans, working in conjunction with the Marketing Team who will define the overall marketing strategy.
- You will plan and execute tactical and targeted marketing activity.
- Alongside this you will manage and maintaining key marketing channels, including digital, offline and social media; planning and delivering tactical integrated marketing campaigns and automation.
- Whilst also managing the production and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns.
- You will be liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers (including agencies) and partner organisations.
- Furthermore you will be collecting and analysing research information to understand target audience behaviour and views across the market in general and the marketing mix.
- You will assist in the achievement of brand positioning to agreed guidelines.
- Lastly you will be organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- England and Wales: You have five GCSEs grade A*-C (9–4) and a minimum of two A-levels or a level 3 equivalent qualification.
- Scotland: You have five National 5 qualifications at grade A*-C and a minimum of two Scottish Highers.
- You must reside within the UK or Scotland for a minimum of 3 years, aligned to the apprenticeship guidelines.
- You have a passion for developing and learning new skills and knowledge.
- You bring a collaborative spirit and enjoy working with others as part of a team.
- Furthermore, you have excellent digital skills with a digital mindset.
- Lastly, you have a good level of communication skills.
