What you will enjoy doing
- Leading Change: You will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic digital roadmaps for a variety of departments across BOC including engineering, SHEQ, Legal, HR, focusing on process automation, data accuracy, compliance, and year-on-year improvements.
- Identifying Opportunities: You will monitor and investigate processes to spot areas for improvement. Question the status quo, streamline workflows, and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Driving Projects: You will manage and deliver digital initiatives that define new ways of working across multiple teams. Act as a key link between departments (engineering, SHEQ, Legal, HR) and IT / Digital, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Empowering Teams: You will support and train colleagues to use data-driven insights, dashboards, and management information to enhance processes and structures.
- Championing Digitalisation: You will continually seek ways to simplify, digitise, and automate processes. Work with users to improve digital tools and interfaces, enhancing the overall user experience.
