You will identify and deliver digital business improvement initiatives and ensure that the business can meet short- and medium-term organizational performance goals. Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of processes, you will identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. You will question the status quo, streamline, and/or eliminate ineffective processes. You will be directly involved in delivering digital projects, responsible for implementing less complex initiatives and acting as a key conduit between CES, the process automation team, IT, and other digital departments for more complex initiatives. The initiatives will benefit BOC, CES colleagues, and customers, including improvements in efficiency, productivity, growth, safety, health, environment, quality (SHEQ), and regulatory compliance. Some initiatives may span multiple teams and departments. You will develop and deliver training on digital tools and share best practices within the business. You will always prioritize users and customers in development, working collaboratively with local and global peers, internal functions, and external providers to develop lean solutions that meet specific needs. What makes you great You possess a digital mindset with proven experience in identifying and delivering digital solutions and process enhancements within a business setting. You can see opportunities, quantify, capture, and present value, and enjoy prioritizing a portfolio of initiatives after developing business cases. You are an independent thinker, able to effectively question stakeholders and the status quo. Strong change management skills are essential; you can manage change effectively across all levels and influence peers, seniors, and the wider organization. Experience working in a technical, engineering, or operational environment is advantageous, as is familiarity with agile methodologies.
