What you will enjoy doing

• You will take responsibility for planning the work of all bulk drivers and vehicles operating continuously throughout the week
• You shall act as the first point of contact for all customer requests related to bulk product deliveries
• In this role you will manage bulk gas stocks across thousands of customer storage vessels, supporting critical continuous processes
• You are expected to resolve customer delivery-related issues promptly during your shift, maintaining strong operational links with drivers and customer contacts
• You will communicate effectively with staff at all levels within customer organizations, including senior management
• Furthermore, you will plan the utilization of vehicle and driver resources to deliver a service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Additionally, you will operate with a focus on minimizing logistics costs while maintaining high service standards
• Lastly, you will provide a proactive interface with the Market Sector Sales team, reporting customer service issues immediately to account managers and senior leadership

• You demonstrate expert knowledge of logistics planning logic and supply chain operations to deliver efficient scheduling solutions
• You bring a sound understanding of production and transport functions, commercial procedures, and product knowledge relevant to the business
• Furthermore, you possess strong analytical skills, including proficiency with PC programs for data analysis and spreadsheet management
• You have a solid grasp of key performance indicators used to measure business performance and drive continuous improvement
• Additionally, you hold a qualification in logistics or have at least three years of relevant logistics experience
• You uphold integrity and role model behaviours aligned with an inclusive workplace, thriving in diverse teams and encouraged to bring your unique perspective
